This series oil fume purifier adopts two-waveband ultraviolet lamps to eliminate the oil fume and odor.

Pre—filter removes large oil particles and protects the lamps. Patented two-waveband UV lamp matrix can effectively change oil fume particles to smaller one, and remove the odor with ozone. SS304 stainless steel lamp frame and rubber socket are anticorrosive and easy for maintenance.

The purifier control circuit is suggested to be linked with exhaust fan to ensure one button power on. Safety switch can help to cut off power when the door is opened to ensure safety. The purifier can be linked to Building Automation System with dry contactors or RS485. The purifier can be installed outdoors with case water and dust proof capability per IP54 standard.

The photolytic oil-fume purifier is suitable for the places with normal oil but with heavy odor. Serial stacking of products will be recom mended for heavy oil & odor areas.

Pre—filter removes large particles of oil fume. Then, the oil fumes pass through the special super strong two wave bands photolytic matrix. 254nm wave band quickly breaks the oil molecular chain to smaller oil molecular. At the same time, 185nm wave band generates ozone, and oxygenizes oil particles, volatile organic compounds (TVOC) and odor to form white powder. The total oil fume removing efficiency can reach above 95% and the odor removing rate is above 80%.
